Layout

The PDF has a box you can tick on screen for every day, in any PDF reader that fills forms. It's made in your browser; your habits are not sent anywhere.

How many to track

Each habit gets its own block in the year view, two to a page: five habits fill 3 pages and 5 × 365 = 1,825 boxes. The monthly view fits up to 12 habits on one page per month. A short list is quicker to tick each night; you can always print a new one.

Questions

What makes a good habit to track?

One you can answer yes or no each day, written as the action itself (“Read 10 pages”, not “Read more”).

Can I mix ideas from different sets?

Yes. Tap Use these, then edit the list in the box: one habit per line, up to 12.

What if a habit isn't daily?

Write how often next to its name, such as “Gym 3x”, and count the ticks between the week lines on a monthly sheet.
