Workout tracker printable
This workout tracker records the days you train, not the sets and weights: one row for each kind of workout, a box for every day, and week lines to count by. Set your rows below and print a month or the year.
Your tracker
The PDF has a box you can tick on screen for every day, in any PDF reader that fills forms. It's made in your browser; your habits are not sent anywhere.
Counting a week of training
If you plan three sessions a week, January 2027's 31 days hold about 13 of them (31 ÷ 7 × 3 = 13.3). The darker line at the start of each week lets you count each week's ticks without adding up the whole row.
A “Rest day” row is there so a planned day off gets a tick too. For exercises, sets and weights, keep a notebook beside the sheet; this page tracks only whether you did it.
This is a tracker, not a training plan or health advice. It doesn't say what or how much to train.
Questions
Can I track a 30-day fitness challenge?
Yes. Choose 30 days under Layout and pick your start day; the 30-day challenge page has more on that.
Can I log sets, reps and weights here?
No. Each box is a single tick for the day. Write the details in a notebook or the margin.
Can I start the week on Monday?
Yes. Choose Monday under Week starts on, and the week lines move.
